Terms of Service

Welcome to Sabq. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• One account per phone number. You're responsible for everything done through your account.
• Your registration details, including your date of birth, must be accurate.

2. Steps and challenges

• We count steps from trusted sources (such as Health Connect and Apple Health). Steps entered manually or from unapproved sources may not count.
• Faking or manipulating steps in any way is not allowed. We may exclude suspicious steps or suspend the account.
• Challenge prizes are described by the challenge organiser; Sabq does not pay or guarantee them.
• Results may be final only after syncing completes within each challenge's grace period.

3. Conduct and content

• No harassment, impersonation, abusive content or content that breaks the law.
• Content you post (posts, photos, messages) stays yours; you allow us to show it to the audience you choose in the app.
• You can report any content or user. We may remove content that breaks these terms or suspend the account.

4. Health and safety

• Sabq motivates walking; it is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting new physical activity.
• Stay aware of your surroundings while walking, and don't use the app while driving.

5. The service and changes

• The app is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features.
• We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in the app.

6. Ending your use

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability and governing law

• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
